SHIPPING POLICY

We produce your pieces of Quire Studio on demand (especially for you). Once dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners. Please note the delivery timelines mentioned below are estimated timelines

Depending on any delays in the region, the delivery dates may get pushed by the shipping partner while trying to get your order delivered at the earliest. Delivery is being fulfilled by a third party service, we strive to provide the best support in case of delayed deliveries but we are dependent upon their services and timelines.

Delivery to metro cities

Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
Arrives in 2-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to tier 1 & 2 cities

Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
Arrives in 4-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to northeastern states and ROI

Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
Arrives in 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Important points for delivery of COD orders

Production takes 3-4 full business days before dispatch
It takes additional 1-2 days to deliver the order along with the mentioned timelines above

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Whatsapp or telephone.

** The customer should reach out within 48hrs of delivery along with the order number, description and clear images (Post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 48 hours; Quire Studio will take action accordingly.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through text message and/or email.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Business hours are 9am to 6pm.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery charges are based on the location of delivery, and weight.
