RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following applies to both online and offline purchases (pop-ups)

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.

 

Before making any request for return/replacement or return kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement/return only under following circumstances:

  1. If the supplied product has a defect or is damaged

  2. The product supplied is different from the product ordered.

  3. The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.

  4. The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.

  5. The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Process of Returns and Refunds:

  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product, a description mentioning if you need an exchange or refund, and your order ID within 2 days of receiving your order to hello@quirestudio.com. Return requests have to be approved before processing. Quire Studio support team must receive and approve your return request by email. Once your request is received, it may take 48 hours for the team to get back with or without an approval. 

  2. Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded and not the entire value of the purchase. For e.g.: Mr. A purchased 2 pieces of commodity ‘P’ worth Rs. 100/- each and 1 piece of commodity ‘R’ worth Rs. 200/-. Additional Delivery Charges and Tax paid by Mr. A is Rs.100/-. Therefore the total invoiced value shall be Rs.100 + Rs.100 (for ‘P’) + Rs.200 (For ‘R’) + Rs.100(Delivery charges) = Rs.500/. Now Mr. A wants to return 1 piece of commodity ‘P’. So Mr. A shall be eligible for refund of only Rs.100/- only.

  3. Once return/exchange request is approved, customer may ship the products back to our warehouse. Transportation cost for return shall be borne by the customer.

  4. The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for refund.

  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.

  6. In case of electronic payment through any mode, once your returned request is approved, we shall process the refund electronically. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 7-21 business days (check with your bank). Please note the shipping charges where applicable will not be refunded

  7. In case of CoD mode of payment, we shall issue you store credit for the amount that can be redeemed while shopping at our website.

  8. To summarize the process of refunds, firstly, upon receiving the product for return, within 7 business days, we shall intimate the customer regarding acceptance or denial of the refund request. Once the request has been approved, the refund process shall be initiated and will complete within next 15 days. In simple words, the entire refund process shall complete within 21 days from the date of receiving the product at the premises of Quire Studio

  10. Our products are artisanal and hand-made, hence there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, we are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.   

  11. In case of delayed delivery beyond 14 business days, if you'd like to cancel your order, refuse the package at the time of delivery, a refund will only be intiated after we receive the package in its original condition.

  12. We do not take responsibility for customer generated mistakes.

Exchanges:

  1. Quire Studio shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received has manufacturing defect. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting their product exchanged, they shall contact us at hello@quirestudio.com

  2. Quire Studio shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 2 working days from the date of delivery of the product.

  3. At the time of making a request for exchange, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken or different product received).

  4. Only the particular product with manufacturing defect shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.

  5. Transportation cost for sending the product to the office of the vendor shall be borne by the customer.

  6. The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.

  7. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.

  8. Items ineligible for refund:

  1. Sale Items (including items purchased with a Discount Code) 

  2. Customized Items 

  3. Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page 

  4. Gift Cards 

  5. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery 

  6. Lost or stolen items

  7. Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
